These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Sounds Good webshop at sounds-good.dk. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT. Products are printed and produced to order by a third-party fulfilment partner. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed.
3. Ordering and payment
A binding agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is collected at checkout using the payment methods offered there.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To use this right, contact us at info@sounds-good.dk before the deadline. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be returned unused and in their original condition.
Event tickets are delivered by email and in your account on this site. The right of withdrawal does not apply to them, as they are for leisure events on a specific date (Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(12)). Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

6. Right to complain (statutory warranty)
Purchases are covered by the 24-month right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). If an item is faulty, contact info@sounds-good.dk with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Complaints
If we can’t resolve a complaint directly, you may file a complaint with the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
8. Personal data
We process personal data collected at checkout as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
